🌑 New Moon in Aries

As of Friday 9am, we have just about every planet in Aries, including the Moon. It starts with Mercury, Neptune, Mars and Saturn in a tight conjunction in early degrees of Aries, followed by the Moon, Chiron and the Sun also conjunct in latter degrees of Aries.

The Moon joins the Sun and Chiron in a tight conjunction for the New Moon Friday evening at 9:51pm -10 UTC, bringing up an awareness of how our past memories of pain are colouring our choices now — how we are holding ourselves back today based on these past fears of trying something new through fear of failure or ridicule?

Trying anything new can trigger these memories. If it didn't work before… we have all the evidence to prove it in a nanosecond (Moon). Now we become our own self-fulfilling prophecy because we expect it. Pain can repeat (Chiron) — but we can't ignore it anymore, healing is the focus this month.

🔥 Aries Energy – Forward Motion

Lucky the energy is Aries — it wants to engage with life in a clear, honest, new and direct way. Aries doesn't like to be held back — this energy works best going forward and 'getting over it' so to speak — to jump that hurdle!

🧠 A Beautiful Mind – Mercury, Venus & Neptune

There is more to the story, involving Mercury, Venus and Neptune. This is a beautiful mind. Makes me think we might be getting tired of the loop of how negative thinking taints our fulfilment.

We want to make changes to improve our life experience and conditions in the future. We want to tap our ability to decide the experience we want and make it happen. We want to attune to something more beautiful and inspired.

🛠️ Mars & Saturn – The Work

Mars is coming up to a conjunction with Saturn. There is work to do. Don't expect the path to be easy, but expect it to be right if you follow through in the direction right for you.

Inner guidance is strong right now. Manifestations are fast!

Aries energy doesn't do well with 50% effort, it works better in 100%. Saturn will bring everything to a head to make a decision, or block the ones that don't have legs. If you do the work, it will pay off for you. Saturn rewards effort.

Mercury will also ride over Mars and Saturn. There are decisions to be made. They may be painful and hard to act on, but Uranus will give the push to make them as it ingresses into Gemini soon — April 28th.

🧩 The Aries Lesson – Self Leadership

The lesson for Aries is always to be self-led and honest with yourself. Don't sell out on what you know to be the clear path you must walk.

You may be feeling the pain of what that does when you don't — how it erodes self-trust.

Those niggling times you sold out will become distasteful and hard to swallow under the Aries energy.

Handing the reins of your will over to someone else who won't be there to pick up the pieces is never a good idea. And Aries knows it!

🧠 Consciousness & Choice

Here we are beginning to see a little more clearly the effects of what we bring into our consciousness. Definitely take into consideration this wise counsel — 'what you focus on is what you become'.

Aries energy wants to go forward unimpeded.

If you entertain someone else's will, knowing full well it's not right for you in order to keep the peace — it is still a choice, and one you have to live with. One that will catch up with you.

These micro choices in the moment can send you way off target in the future. Look at how missiles have to constantly course correct. If they don't adjust, they end up in whoop whoop (nowhere)!

💫 Emotional & Energetic Tension

The Sun, Chiron and the Moon @ a midpoint to Venus/Mercury can be beautiful too — we may become very offended by manipulations and dark agendas.

Venus is sensitive to the uglies. Sun @ Jupiter/Pluto can blow things out of proportion — this New Moon is not subtle - it has a 5 planet isotrap - means powerful message in laymen's terms.

🌓 Reality vs Vision

Mars is firmly planted between Saturn and Neptune this weekend — we are standing between a cold, hard reality check and a vision to inspire.

We do, we do need to know what's in the way. What's it going to take to get there? What needs removing, and what vision or goal inspires you to keep going?

Without Neptune, we wouldn't have hope and a reason to get out of bed.

Keep your eye on that green light and go. Don't worry about who's going to be left behind. Decisions have to be made.

💔 Healing & Resilience

There are wounds we may have to carry with us — Chiron is on the new moon exact.

Don't wait until it's perfect, these lessons and wounds add wisdom. Each fear you bust through will build resilience.

If we base our future on our past, we block the new. Time for a fresh start and a new you with this potent line-up in Aries. - just as you are and where you are right now.

🌱 Taurus Season Incoming

The Sun ingresses into Taurus Monday 20th April at 12pm +10 UTC.

Taurus energy is all about timing and once again — when the lights go green, go.

Aries learns by getting involved, not by stagnation. Bring that with you into Taurus season with the wisdom of right timing while, of course, being true to your values.

⚡ 11 Vibration – Grand Square

Might I add that the 11 vibration is strong in this new moon with a big Grand Square — this is the New Moon chart with a magnification of 11 times.

This vibration can be unstable and erratic, it wants change.

Planets involved are Venus opposing Neptune and Pluto opposing Sun/Moon. It reinforces the natal chart and energetically it looks very much like a face-off of light and dark, or love and fear.

If it doesn't feel right, it probably isn't.

You're likely more inclined to do something about it, and not sit in the soup — now more than ever!
